Single Wall Tank
Underground single wall tank with horizontal cylindrical shape. Measures and thickness as stated in the table below. The tank is completely made of carbon steel ferrules, as specified in the table below, with Off Setter assembly and external welding using SAW process. The tank comes with: torispherical rimmed heads, 2” and 4″ NPT/BSP threaded connections for loading, suctioning, recovering gas and remote and manual measuring; internal tubes for charging connections and manual measuring; lifting eye bolts; an identification badge, and temporary plugs for transport. The exterior of the tank has been coated with metallic sandblasting and high-solids epoxy paint. Pneumatic water tightness test at 0.38 kg/cm2 and hydraulic test at 2 kg/cm2 for two hours. Tanks with 5,000 to 150,000 liters capacity. IMPORTANT: storing hydrocarbons in this kind of tank is forbidden throughout the Argentine Republic. Argentine Decree from the Secretariat of Energy.
